Time management has been an issue for new and experienced educators alike.  Although an educator should strive to be original, nevertheless many often reuse the same lesson plans (with adjustments and additions), those that have been provided by other educators or even on ones found on the web. Regardless, all lesson plans should be tailored to fit the educational Standards of your particular state and needs of the students being taught.
