The job of an educator is never completed.  Four years of college does not and cannot possibly teach and individual everythat that he or she needs to know for the years and experiences that are sure to come.  How can an educator learn and grow and gather ideas?  And who can they turn to when they may not feel comfortable sharing with coworkers and peers?

Blogs have become very popular with the last couple of years.  Designed to disseminate information between persons with similar ideas, they are also used as online journals, and for keeping up to date on the latest news within online communities.  No longer considered a social network for techies, blogs and bloggers (those who blog) now include doctors, lawyers, Mothers, teenagers, and surprisingly...EDUCATORS.
